Great for planning, good support

I purchased the Premium subscription last month to get access to the full Furniture Catalog for a bedroom redesign. Ordering was straightforward on their site; I found the annual plan deal easily. Delivery of the service, meaning access to features, was immediate after payment. I had a small question about the AI Plan Recognition feature not quite catching a wall in my uploaded sketch, and their support got back to me within a few hours with a helpful tip. The quality of the HD Visualizations is impressive, truly helped me picture the space. The interface was mostly intuitive, though finding some specific texture options took a moment. Overall, a solid experience.

Love my new office design!

This tool is fantastic! I just finished designing my new home office using the Office Planner and the results are just what I imagined. The extensive Furniture Catalog made it so easy to find pieces I liked. I spent hours playing around with different layouts and the 3D Interior Design Tool is so intuitive. The HD Visualizations really brought my ideas to life. I will definitely be using Planner 5D again for my next project and recommending it to all my friends!

Easy to use, fast access

Needed a quick floor plan. Bought the subscription. Got access right away. The 2D Floor Plan Creator worked well. Rendered a quick image. It was simple.

Always reliable for designs

I've used Planner 5D for a few projects now, mostly for Kitchen and Bathroom Planner tools. This time I got the annual plan during their Spring Home Renovation sale. Just like before, everything was smooth. The tools themselves are consistent, and I appreciate not having to learn a new interface each time. My 4K renders downloaded quickly, same as last year. That consistency is why I keep coming back here.

Good value, minor export hiccup

I bought the annual premium subscription for a landscape design project, taking advantage of a Cyber Monday discount. The range of tools, especially the Landscape Design Tool, offered good value for the price. The automated furniture arrangement was surprisingly helpful. Delivery was instant, which was great. My only minor issue was exporting to PDF; it took a couple of tries to get the layout exactly how I wanted it, as the scaling wasn't immediately obvious. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, guiding me through it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the platform and what it offers, though that one export feature could be smoother.
